At EcoBasket, we strive to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, in rare cases where you receive a damaged product, we are happy to offer a refund—subject to the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following condition:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Mandatory Condition for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  1. You must record a clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
  2. The video must clearly show:
    • The shipping label with your order details.
    • The unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
    • The damaged/defective product received.
  3. The unboxing video must be sent to our WhatsApp number:

  4. The video must be shared on the same day of delivery.

📌 Refund requests without an unboxing video or shared after the day of delivery will not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once we receive your unboxing video:

  • Our Customer Care Team will evaluate the video and verify the issue.
  • If the claim is approved, a refund will be initiated within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • We may reach out to you for additional details or clarification if needed.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not applicable in cases where:
    • The product is no longer in its original condition.
    • No unboxing video is provided.
    • The video appears edited or incomplete.
    • The request is made after the delivery day.
  • No exchange or return will be entertained in such cases.
