At EcoBasket, we strive to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, in rare cases where you receive a damaged product, we are happy to offer a refund—subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable under the following condition:
- The product you received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Mandatory Condition for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must record a clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
- The video must clearly show:
- The shipping label with your order details.
- The unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
- The damaged/defective product received.
- The unboxing video must be sent to our WhatsApp number:

📌 Refund requests without an unboxing video or shared after the day of delivery will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive your unboxing video:
- Our Customer Care Team will evaluate the video and verify the issue.
- If the claim is approved, a refund will be initiated within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- We may reach out to you for additional details or clarification if needed.
Important Notes
- Refunds are not applicable in cases where:
- The product is no longer in its original condition.
- No unboxing video is provided.
- The video appears edited or incomplete.
- The request is made after the delivery day.
- No exchange or return will be entertained in such cases.
