We can all agree that a terrible hair day may ruin a day when you are hoping to be the life of the party. Your thick hair need the same kind of attention and care as your skin. We did put it through a lot, after all. Our hair becomes frizzy, dry, and prone to hair loss as a result of chemical treatments, coloring procedures, style, ironing, and other procedures. There are numerous ways to restore the health and luster of the mane on the market, ranging from hair masks to regeneration treatments. Running to the salon isn’t always possible, though. Not to mention the financial toll that pricey surgeries and products can take.
But what if we provide you a solution that benefits everyone? You can achieve results similar to a salon hair spa treatment with a do-it-yourself flaxseed-based hair gel. Because flaxseeds include nourishing minerals including magnesium, B vitamins, manganese, copper, omega-3 fatty acids, and selenium, among other things, they are good for the hair and scalp. These nutrients encourage the growth of hair and make it stronger and longer. Additionally, using flaxseeds stops hair loss.
Flaxseeds, purified water, muslin cloth, and a glass jar with a lid are all you need to produce this all-natural gel.
How to Make Hair Gel with Flaxseeds at Home
Step1: Put the flaxseeds in a pan with empty water. On medium heat, let it simmer.
Step 2: To keep the flaxseeds from sticking, be careful to mix them.
Step 3: After two to three minutes, when the water has taken on the consistency of gel, turn off the heat and remove the pan.
Step 4: As the mixture cools, stir it.
Step 5: As the liquid flows through the muslin cloth and into the glass jar, strain the gel thoroughly.
Step 6: Before using it, let it cool for up to two hours. It can also be kept in the refrigerator.
