Want to avoid maida and other unhealthy ingredients yet still have a need for pizza? Try this simple dish that doesn’t require an oven. In addition to being delicious, the popular pizza paratha dish is a fun and healthy snack for kids and adults alike. At home, make the crispy pizza paratha to satisfy your hunger.
Ingredients For Pizza Paratha
2 cups wheat flour (for roti)
2-3 cheese slices
1 tsp mayonnaise
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1-2 cheese cubes (grated)
Capsicum, onion, tomato, corn (vegetables as per your choice)
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Oregano, chilli flakes
Butter
Steps To Make Pizza Paratha
1.First, knead the regular roti dough. Next, form large balls of dough and roll them out. Roll them now, insert a piece of cheese in the center, seal the ball, and roll it once more.
2.Make tiny holes in the paratha with a fork after rolling it with a rolling pin. This will help it get crispy like pizza instead of puffing up like roti. On a pan, bake this paratha now. Take the paratha out of the pan once it’s light brown.
3.Spread the ketchup, mayonnaise, salt, and red chilli powder evenly over the paratha. Next, top with shredded cheese cubes and your favorite veggies, such as maize, tomatoes, onions, and capsicum.
4.Add the chilli flakes, oregano, and mozzarella cheese now. This will further improve the flavor. After applying a generous amount of butter to the pan, carefully set the pizza paratha on it, cover it, and cook it for five to six minutes over low heat. The pizza paratha is done when the cheese has melted thoroughly.
Enjoy this yummy and nutritious pizza while it’s still hot.
